Mouth Wash Vs Toothbrush

Since a few weeks back that I bought a small bottle of Listerine antiseptic mouth wash, I have rather hooked on it. Of coz I still brush my teeth whenever I wake up, but after using the antiseptic mouth wash for some time, I really think I prefer it, as compared to using a toothbrush.

After all, rinsing my mouth should be able to reach more ‘difficult-to-reach’ areas, as compared to using a toothbrush. Plus, brushing too hard would wear out the white enamel layer of the teeth. To me, gargle is safer and better. Maybe brushing should be done only when there is food stuck in our teeth that cannot be removed by gargling. Hmm…
