Strategy for CP Distribution

Last Sunday, I learnt a tip from Uncle John Soh on how to distribute Chinese New Year goodies from my church to the neighbouring residents nearby.

His tip was that we should go before the 11am church service because most residents would have woken up by then (hopefully it would also be a happy morning surprise) and they may not be going out for lunch / outing yet. Thus, I figured at approximately 10am would be a good time. Must remember! =)
