Transit To My Next Phase of Life

Guess what... after almost 1 year of contract teaching, I am finally going into NIE! Well, not that I'm really raring to go, coz I know that I will miss the pupils at Farrer Park Primary School... but I guess it would be a good break and opportunity to learn how to teach better.

Yeah, I will be entering into NIE on 28 July, which is like 13 days away... which actually means its down to my last 9 working days in school! Wow... wait a minute... not that I'm really all that enthusiastic about leaving, but its more of feeling sad to leave... colleagues, pupils, even the two security guards! One of the security guard Jaleeha, even told me that she is sad that I will be going off... and reminded me not to forget her... Wow... I wasn't really expecting that... but its nice!

Oh well, its going to be a brand new start for me... very soon. I still remembered that one of the senior teachers telling me that now that I have experienced quite a number of different classes at different levels, I am know able to challenge what is taught at NIE! Well, true in some sense, but I rather stay humble, until its really important that I speak up. Oh well... life is going to be different for the next 2 years, but its going to be interesting!
