My Favourite Stall at SIM

It was 4th Jan 07 (Thursday) when I made a trip to SIM for lunch, before meeting the Ngee Ann Polytechnic lecturer to view the Mounted Spray Gun Project which I had worked with him since last year. Anyway, this Blog isn't about the project, but my favourite food stall at SIM.

I spent 3 years studying full-time at SIM back in year 2001. Back then, I had a fancy for this particular 'shui jiao mian' stall at the food court. So I went to try it that Thursday after not having tried it for 2 years!

Sadly, it didn't taste nice already... even though that same lady is still cooking it... but there is another 3 helpers in that stall, so it appears to be doing well... Hmm...
